Terms, Conditions and Policies

Best-Kept Secret, LLC provides speaking, coaching, and consulting services.  

 

Speaking fees are invoiced in advance of each engagement, and due before speaking services are performed.

 

Invoices are sent directly to customers, and are due in full.

 

In the event speaking services are not performed, a full 100% refund will be provided within 10 business days.

 

The only currency accepted is the united states dollar.

 

Pricing ranges from $4,000 for virtual engagements up to $12,000 for in-person events.  Discounts may be negotiated in advance.

 

Any promotions or discounts are individually negotiated and not available to more than one customer at once.

Customer data is never collected, other than to appropriately invoice businesses.  This data is physical address, e-mail address, and phone number.

 

Best-kept Secret Consulting, for which information is displayed on www.tomwalltalks.com, does not accept credit cards through that site.  Payments are only accepted through invoices issued directly from stripe.com.
